“Wellness Workshops”, a social contribution activity for local residents with participation by pharmacy students

The Faculty of Pharmacy and University Community Pharmacy are collaborating with the Keio University Institute of Physical Education to host “wellness workshops” for the local community.
After students of the Faculty of Pharmacy take physical measurement of the participants, the exercise instructor leads the workshop through a variety of warmups, and followed by individual exercise routines (aerobics, pilates, table tennis, etc.).
