Joint development of the yellowtail scholarship program with Himi City (Toyama Prefecture)

Since AY 2015, Himi City (Toyama Prefecture), Nagashima Town (Kagoshima Prefecture), and the Keio Research Institute at SFC have jointly developed a series of programs related to the "yellowtail scholarship program," which supports the creation of opportunities, etc., for people to return to the region. As a result, Himi City has implemented this program as a social experiment since 2017 and it has been used by over 200 people. Furthermore, social experiments will continue for 3 more years, from AY 2020 to AY 2022.
