Cultural Narrative of a City: Project to link local cultural resources with university learning and research

This initiative allowed participants to visualize the history and culture of Minato Ward and, leveraging the diversity of cooperating institutions, provided cross-disciplinary cultural programs. This was made possible through activities undertaken by the museum, which serves as a hub to make connections to modern society, and Keio University’s expertise. In AY 2024, five public events were conducted (Inclusive Workshop on Food History and Culture, Learning Workshop at the NHK Broadcasting Museum, Symposium on Gardens and Contemporary Art, Learning Workshop at a Temple, and Architecture Tour) as well as two working groups (Inclusive Working Group, Activity Evaluation Working Group).
