Based on the outcomes of research and educational activities to date at the Institute for Advanced Biosciences, Keio University (Yamagata Prefecture Tsuruoka City), and with the aim of further revitalizing the region, the expansion of research and educational activities for the formation of a global bioresearch center with the institute at its core as well as initiatives to revitalize the region are promoted. 5th term (AY 2019–2023).
