As part of Nobeoka City's community-wide decarbonization efforts, hearings were conducted with the senior general manager in charge of Environmental Solutions SBU’s Energy Division at Asahi Kasei Corporation, where a plant is located, and with the senior general manager of the Sustainability Promotion Department. A discussion was held with Nobeoka City Decarbonization Policy Office staff about changing city residents’ behaviors through the use of its decarbonization application. In addition, participants learned about energy data sharing efforts with the Nobeoka Decarbonized Energy Management Company.

detailsThe Regional ICT Platform Lab in Keio University Research Institute at SFC was established in 2020 for the purpose of community-led renovation of critical infrastructures, inviting INTEC, which has a good awareness about ICT infrastructure development. Disasters become more frequent towards 2030s'. The relief supply and private Digital Exchange Working Group at the lab is considering how the logistics infrastructure used by the private sector for procurement during normal times convert public infrastructure for providing disaster relief supplies.
