Program for creating new businesses in Nagano Prefecture Obuse Town

In Obuse Town, which is located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture and has a population of 10,000 people, a new initiative to "create the future by doing what you love" is underway, led by the millennials in the Yuichiro Shimizu Lab at the Faculty of Policy Management. With Obuse Town as the stage, things that people love to do are prototyped, which as a result becomes "work" for the benefit of someone. It is "Marron University" that supports young people who are serious about creating this kind of work for the future in a practical manner. Nagano Prefecture Obuse Town is visited once a month with students with the aim of creating new projects that solve the problems of the town together with the townspeople.
